Warm-up

1. We've been doing alot of work with sizes and guides for layout. Why do you think this is important. Explain in 3-4 sentences for an up stamp.
I think working with sizes and guides for layout is important because
we can accomplished many layouts. We can learn by doing diffrent sizes and shapes that way it wont be hard when we have to do a project or classwork that's why I think is important.
2. What did you do this weekend?
This weekend I spend the whole day with my neices and my sister I went to her house and we went out to eat and to the dealers that is all we did on saturday and sunday all the time we were in the streets.

My goal

One goal that I set for this year was to have good grades straight A's if possible I still dont know if I accomplished my goals because I haven't receieved my report card. i hope I did dough.

I think that the dimensions of a newspaper is hight:12 1/2 and width:20

This weekend i went to the UCLA and ARIZONA game and I also went to rent some movies with my sister and her family.

Questions

1. What was difficult about the POP QUIZ? What question was most difficult? What question was easiest?
I didn't think anything in the quiz was hard I think it was all easy. So, really I didn't get stuck in any of the questions.

2. We are starting a NEW UNIT on NEWSPAPER LAYOUTS. Knowing what you know about Newspapers (What you've seen and looked at), what would you like to know how to do?
What I would like to do on the newspapers is know how to publish and do the layouts. Basically I want to learn the basic things you need to know to do a newspaper.

My Weekend

Over my weekend I did many stuff. On saturday my sister her kids, her husband, and me went to eat at home town buffet. It was really good even though I didn't eat alot. We also went to the 99 cents store and to ride-aid I had to buy some school supplies that I needed. On sunday we woke up early ate breakfast at home and clean the house. After, we were finish I went to my other sister's house to sleep over. I wanted to see my little neices I had'nt seen them in a week or two. It was fun in my sister's house I played with my little 2 year old niece. It was fun . Then later like at 6:00 p.m we went to eat in a mexican restaurant it was good to. When we were done we came back home so I was hearing radio till like 9:00 p.m and I felt asleep. Next day I went back to my sister that lives in 46th st. and all we did was clean the house we didn't do anything for the holiday. That was my long weekend.

over the weekend

Over this weeked I would like too go to my sister's house in 97th st. to see my neices. I would also like to go to the theatre or to the mall. That's what I would like to do on my weekend.

Martin Luther King believed that when it was stated, all men are created equal, that it meant everyone. His belief was also to be fair and non-discriminative. When he led the Bus Boycott, he took action. He hoped the Bus Boycott would change the way people looked at the world and change segregation on public buses. He wished the end of segregation would happen.The Bus Boycott changed segregation on the public buses and soon non-segregated water fountains, waiting rooms, and restrooms followed. His religious belief was Baptist. He was a man who believed in rights and kindness. Some of his accomplishments were ending segregation on buses, ending hate between most blacks and whites, and permanently changing the way two races and many people look at the world. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a man of great accomplishments and for that he is know a leader and many people like me have alot respect for him. Those are some of the amazing things Martin Luther King, Jr accomplish before his death.

1. What do you expect to learn this semester in Technology class?
I expect to learn how to use all or most of the microssoft works programs. Also how to type without looking at the keyboard.
2. What would you like to learn in Technology class?
I would like to learn how to blog videos or how to create a web page and more fun stuff Ican't do.
3. What have you learned to far in Technology class?
So far in technology class I have learned how to use hot keys the parts of a computer, adn the meanings of computers like input,output,procesing,powerpoint,and microsoft word, and also blogger and many more stuff.
4. What suggestions do you have for how this class is run?
The suggestions I have for how this class has run so far is that it's ben pretty good and that hopefully it goes on like that so we can learn more interesting things about computers.

New year resolution

A new years resolution is something you want to make new for the new year it's like a goal you set. I made a new years resolution it's to have better grades in school and get a job. For this new school semester I want to have straight A's. I will try to accomplsh my resolution by doing all my work in class and out of class. Those are my new years resolutions.
