1. After reading this article i felt that I really need to have a balanced diet and not eat alot of junk food.
2.Childhood obesity is an eating disorder were children cannot control what they eat and they just eat alot even if they are not hungry.
3.I feel that the community I live in is not helpful. I think is not helpful because it has to many fast soof restaurants like mcdonalds,jack in the box, and chinese food. I think it would be better if they made more healthy restaurants.
4.The biggest problem is because children eat to many junk food, watch t.v, or play video games and they dont exercise.
5.The program in Idaho the ''Shaping up moms as role models'' is the best for my community because that motivates the children and they learn that it's not hard to be slim or giving up the junk food and sodas and candy to.

My thanksgiving dinner and questions

1. My thanksgiving dinner was good and fun. I ate alot to. In thanksgiving I went to my aunties house on Lancaster and the food she made was great. I ate turkey,ham,mash potatoes, and a macaroni salad. It was very good. We also had pumpkin pie and cinnamon rolls for dessert. My whole family went we had a good time together, it was reaaly fun. I didn't really help because when we got to her house almost everything was prepared already.That was my thanksgiving dinner.

3 day weekend

My 3 day weekend was oright. On friday I just stayed home I didn't go out. I have to stay home because my sister is about to give birth to my 2nd nese or nefew. I have to be with her so when she feels bad I can stay home and take care of my nese and so my mom can go with her to the hospital. That's basically what I did on sturday and sunday. I didn't wantto go out either I was tired of maybe doing nothing. Thats how my 3 day weekend was. Hopefuly the next one will be fun and not boring.

My weekend

My plans for this weekend is to have a party in my house. We are going to make my sisters surprise babyshower. The babyshower is actually gonna be a party were men come to. Thats gonna be on saturday. On sunday im gonna have to do my homework. I have to much.Well so far those are my only plans for this weekend.

My halloween

This halloween was okay for me I really didn't do anything it was boring. I went to my sisters house she was giving out candy to th kids that were trick-o-treating. I didn't dress up because I didn't plan on going out anywhere. A memorable halloween was when we had a halloween party. It was on a saturday my whole family dressed up as something. It was real fun. I dressed up as the little red riding hood. It ws really fun. I was about 9 years old. Thats one memorable halloween I had.
